Job/Internship Description
Sign up for an exciting tech internship at one of the coolest new SaaS startups in Chicago. Route is a B2B SaaS platform for the commercial cleaning industry. It allows service providers to simplify their sales process with a simple Walkthrough Estimate Proposal model that enables collaboration and establishes best practices.

What you will learn
  • Learn the secrets of an all-JS stack that allows a tiny team to innovate faster, iterate faster, and publish two web apps, a mobile app, a desktop app and several websites.
  • Work closely with in-demand frameworks like Node.js, React, React Native and Electron.
  • Observe and learn how an early stage tech startup operates.
  • Contribute towards product quality and stability via testing, triaging and working with senior engineers to fix problems.
  • Build smaller projects to explore new ideas.
  • Implement new features.

Requirements
  • Requirements / Selection Criteria
  • Working on a Computer Science or similar degree.
  • Must be familiar with JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
  • Bonus Familiarity with Node.js or React preferred.
  • Bonus Side projects or open-source contributions.
  • Bonus Entrepreneurial spirit / affinity towards startups.
