Key job responsibilities
Work with senior management to develop and implement HR solutions.
Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
Provide authentic coaching to employees, managers and executives.
Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
Partner with the business to lead our Talent Review process, which focus on performance management, talent development and cross-group dynamics.
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
Work with line managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.

A day in the life
In this role you will work with dynamic leaders who strive to deliver delight to our associates and customers.
Bachelor degree in human resources, business, mathematics or science.
7+ years of experience in a leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.

MBA or Masters Degree in Organization Development or related field.
Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand a P&L.
Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving.
Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation.
An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results.
High judgment and employee relations experience.
Expertise in assessing management and executive talent.
Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, and team and leader development.
Deep understanding of "what great HR looks like" and how business cycles influence the people agenda.
Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand a P&L.
Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing and problem solving.
Depth of pragmatic experience with compensation planning, negotiation, and implementation.
An ability and desire to own a space, provide thought leadership, and catalyze results.
High judgment and employee relations experience.
Able to travel, as needed.
