Job Description:

Crowe is seeking a professional with a passion to utilize their technical proficiency within ServiceNow and expand their knowledge of Security Operations processes. This individual would be a technical lead for ServiceNow Security Operations solution implementations including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) and be mentored by some of the best security experts in the industry. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a team atmosphere.

ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (Security Operations)

As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant you would be responsible for working with a team to deliver consulting services including solution development, project leadership, business development, managing client service delivery, and most important serve our clients with excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Educate our clients on how to maximize the value of their ServiceNow Security programs
  • Guide our clients through the implementation of their ServiceNow Security solutions
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience of running Security Operations program on ServiceNow
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Prioritize customer success and project scope
  • Provide technical guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration
  • Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle
  • Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments
  • Transition customer after go-live to account management and support

Desired Skills:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a professional environment
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work)
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's Security Operation solutions of Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools
  • Willingness to travel a min of 30%, when safe to do so
