K4 Associates, LLC has roots in the community going back as early as 1946 when WW II veterans, returning home from the war, continued both their family and professional lives by establishing local businesses. These men became pillars of the community and established the companies which eventually became part of K4 Associates, LLC.  They eventually retired but not before imparting their knowledge and leadership to the next generation.
 

K4 Home Service Division is a licensed full-service company offering plumbing, electrical and HVAC service in addition to handyman and carpentry services to homeowners on a daily basis.  By providing all aspects, K4 is able to combine administration, purchasing, scheduling, design and construction under the guidance of our experienced management team into one coordinated function.  We take pride in our close customer relationships. By coordinating everything in-house, K4 is able to deliver the very best service for the most affordable price, always being sensitive to the wishes and goals of the owner.
