Primary Function

Located at the Hague Quality Water Corporate Office and Manufacturing Facility in Groveport, Ohio, the Cycle Counter / Inventory Clerkwill be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the assembly COOIS Report out of our SAP ERP system as needed. The Cycle Counter / Inventory Clerk will also report production for assembly departments and reconcile production orders at the end of each day.

Regularly Scheduled Hours:1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm, with overtime as needed

Hourly Rate of Pay:$18.54/hr

Sign On Bonus: $1500 ($500 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 12 months. Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments.

  • Creating production orders based off schedule; updating orders to BOM specifications; backup scheduler for assembly lines
  • Researches material availability and communicates shortages to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Analyzes warehouse needs report to ensure F/G inventory is available. Adjust COOIS report as needed to respond to urgent shipment requests. Reprioritizes the COOIS report to insure on time shipment
  • Coordinates COOIS report with support departments to ensure manufactured parts are available to meet goals
  • Reviews, communicates, coordinates, and files ECNs
  • Records department meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans
  • Maintains department records for performance indicators
  • Reviews production orders for variances
  • Reports production for departments
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree a plus
  • 3 years of Inventory Management experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Access) and ERP system experience (SAP)
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
