Position Summary:

CDO Technologies is hiring a Red Team Operational Vulnerability Assessment (OVA) Operator SME in Quantico, VA. Work delivery is on-site at Quantico. This position is responsible for penetration tests in support of DoD Cyber Red Team activity. In addition this person will be responsible for initially identifying and subsequently defining the required tests, monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the Target Test Items.

Minimum Requirements:

1 ) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field and at least five (5+) years of experience performing Red Team cybersecurity assessments on operational networks (e.g., penetration tests or in support of DoD Cyber Red Team activity).

2) Ability to plan, execute, and explain Red Team cybersecurity activities for reconnaissance (e.g., scanning and vulnerability analysis) routinely as a team member and occasionally as the subject-matter expert on a multifunction team'

3) Ability to plan, execute, and explain Red Team cybersecurity activities for initial access (e.g., malware, phishing, and command-and-control) routinely as a team member and occasionally as the subject-matter expert on a multifunction team.

4) Ability to plan, execute, and explain Red Team cybersecurity activities for post-exploitation (e.g., privilege escalation and lateral movement) routinely as a team member and occasionally as the subject-matter expert on a multifunction team.

5) Ability to plan, execute, and explain Red Team cybersecurity wireless network activities (e.g., IEEE 802.11) as the primary subject-matter expert on a small, multifunction team; furthermore, ability to train team members and visiting students on the subject matter.

6) Ability to plan, execute, and explain Red Team physical security penetration tests (e.g., close access testing and removable media exploitation devices) as the primary subject-matter expert on a small, multifunction team; furthermore, ability to train team members and visiting students on the subject matter.

7) Possess a DoDD 8570 IAT Level III certification, such as: CASP+CE; CCNP Security; CISA; CISSP (or Associate); GCED; GCIH; CCSP.

8) Possess a DoDD 8570 CSSP Auditor certification, such as CEH; CySA+; CISA; GSNA; CFR; PenTest.

9) Demonstrated (past and current) desire and capacity to pursue continuing professional development, education, certification, or cross-training.

10) An active TS/SCI or a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
