Position Summary:

CDO technologies is hiring a Detection Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Quantico, VA. Work delivery is on-site. The SME must demonstrate knowledge of system security. Possess familiarity with cyber threats, malicious cyber threat actor motivations, and working knowledge of threat analysis and enterprise level cyber threat mitigation strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or at least five (5+) years of demonstrated experience in supporting DCO and/or network systems and technology.
2. At least five years of experience with development and refinement of signatures, plays, policies, configurations, scripts and indicators used to identify malicious or unauthorized activity via network and host-based detection on the Enterprise Network.
3. Possess DoDD 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support certification, such as CEH; CySA+; GICSP; SSCP; CHFI; CFR; Cloud+; CND.
4. Possess DoDD 8570 IAT Level III certification, such as CASP+CE; CCNP Security; CISA; CISSP (or Associate); GCED; GCIH; CCSP.
5. Experience leading operations and maintenance support for an enterprise-level (minimum of 50k users) network.
6. An active TS/SCI or a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
