Job Description
Provide data collection and analysis to support the U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers Networks & Cybersecurity  program in  developing, interpreting, and implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines for control systems installed on CVN 68/78 Class Aircraft Carriers. Primary responsibilities include working with all Carrier (CVN) stakeholders to constantly identify shortfalls and status in all matters pertaining to CVN cybersecurity and network health. Standardize data collection.
 
Role:
  1. Assist Cybersecurity program in assessment of cybersecurity and network health status tools.
  2. Work with Enclave Managers to update the 68 & 78 class Shipboard System Matrices quarterly.
  3. Establish and maintain a holistic inventory of all Portable Electric Devices (i.e. maintenance laptops, RDT&E assets, etc.) via the PED matrix that are either delivered to the platform or are kept shore-side but are meant to interface with shipboard systems.
  4. Maintain PEO Carriers systems list to include all enclaves and requirements for Cybersecurity compliance.
  5. Assist and develop product line financial and programmatic deliverables to include budget and POM requirements for in service and new acquisition products and systems.
 
Qualifications:
  1. Degree from accredited University or military IT background.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in  Financial analysis, technical analysis, production analysis, data analysis, and/or project management skills, knowledge of cybersecurity and/or engineering in a DOD program.
  3. Technical and financial knowledge for program management support
  4. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  5. Experience working  in a DOD, military program
  6. Must have an active DOD Secret Clearance
  7. DoD Directive 8570.1 IAT Level II or higher certification
  8. Cybersecurity experience (preferred)
  9. Navy acquisition experience on an ACAT 1 Program is a plus
  10. US Navy or Marine Corps experience is a plus
