What You'll do:

  • Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements then quickly translate that information into technical solutions (approximately 75% of time will be building technical applications and 25% working on business strategy)

  • Build software applications for client projects

  • Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation

  • Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation

  • Work with your project team to implement, test, and document functionality of applications

  • Work with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early

Who We Are Looking For:

Groundswell is seeking technical consultants interested in using technology to solve challenging business problems. This is an on-site position based out of our Mclean, VA Headquarters.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of related experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology

  • Experience with database development (through classwork or professional work)

  • You are dedicated to learning new skills, professional growth and delivering strong results to clients

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$80,225.00 - $117,918.00
