Requirements for consideration:

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree

Years of Experience:

  • 2 years of Healthcare/Hospitality experience in the area of in process improvement concepts/tools, root cause analysis and facilitation of work groups required.

Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Abstract, analyze, interpret, and present data to identify opportunities and support project goals.
  • To help achieve our mission, you will lead, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory activities to support Inova Health System's mission, strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Assisting with adherence to The Joint Commission and other regulatory agency compliance regulations/standards is of vital importance.
  • Your ability to effectively use performance improvement tools and techniques to achieve desired outcomes is required.
  • Facilitating performance improvement activities of the system, medical staff and operating unit is expected.
  • Coordinating teams through changes in process/culture, by using appropriate tools and techniques, is essential.
