What You'll do:

  • Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements and develop technical solutions

  • Build software applications for client projects

  • Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation

  • Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation

  • Work with your project team to implement, test, and document the functionality of applications

  • Working with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for technical consultants with active government security clearances to build low-code solutions for our clients and make a seismic impact. Never worked in low code before? No problem! Groundswell has a comprehensive workforce development program to train anyone with technical aptitude and a passion for learning new technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen

  • Must hold an active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field

  • 3+ years of professional experience in positions related to full development lifecycle of enterprise applications including design, implementation, testing, and deployment

  • 1+ years of experience with working on teams using Lean UX, Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps

  • Experience or familiarity with enterprise software development, or related technical field (experience with integration and automation of services (testing and deployment) ideal)

  • Experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)

  • Strong communication skills andability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted forany applicable geographicdifferential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. $85,070.00 - $137,706.00
