Position Highlights | The Tissue Acquisition and Cellular and Molecular Analysis Shared Resources (TACMASR) Core is integrated into the University of Arizona Cancer Center and is responsible for supporting the functions of histology in the performance of routine histological techniques as well as the Biorepository in the process of tissue acquisition. TACMASR also provides support and pathology-related services to UA Cancer Center and University of Arizona researches on a fee-for-service basis through customize, cost-effective, and quality-controlled services including tissue acquisition, digital pathology, imaging and microscopy, histology, immunohistochemistry, and organoid culture. We are seeking to hire a Histotechnologist II who will be responsible for performing technical procedures and tasks supporting the day-to-day operations of the histology laboratory within the core.
