Position Highlights | The Department of Religious Studies and Classics at the University of Arizona invites applications for a one-year visiting lecturer in Religious Studies (full time, with benefits). Candidates at the ABD level will be considered for the position at the rank of visiting instructor. The successful candidate will teach General Education courses for a diverse undergraduate student population.
The department seeks applicants with specialties in one or more of the following areas: Religion and Health; Religion and Gender/Sexuality; Religion in the U.S. Southwest; Religion in Late Antiquity. Candidates prepared to teach a freshman-level "Introduction to World Religions" course are encouraged to apply.
