Lead Major Account Manager, FSI

The Lead Major Account Manager is responsible for sales activity and customer support within the Federal Systems Integrators (FSI). The FSI Lead MAM will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual revenue quotas and ensuring that all Juniper sales and delivery activity is run efficiently and effectively. The Lead MAM will also be responsible for constructing and executing long-term account strategies and plans, ensuring Juniper's growth is predictable, disciplined, and significant, and with working with other Account Managers on the Federal Team. Lead MAM duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Support Construction of an Annual Business Plan for targeted FSIs focused on near and long-term sales opportunities to include major Programs of Record, Network Refresh and Upgrades, etc.
  • Establish and Nurture Relationships with Key Technical, Operational, Acquisition, and Business Executives and Decision Makers
  • Represent the Most Pressing FSI Technical, Mission and Business Requirements to Federal and Corporate Leadership
  • Coordinate with the Federal team on all Juniper Activity
  • Achieve, or Exceed, an Annual Revenue Objective

Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years of Sales Experience in the FSI role
  • Demonstrable Track Record of Growing Business in FSI
  • Knowledge of Drivers, Trends and Operations of FSI
  • Strong and Deep Relationships with Key Technical, Business and Operational Leaders at FSI
  • Experience with FSIs including but not limited to: Mantech, Leidos, CACI, and Booz Allen
  • Combination of product and services sales in the networking, software or compute fields
  • Active Secret Clearance or higher preferable
  • Excellent Verbal and Writing Skills; Leadership Ability

Minimum Salary: $239,360.00

Maximum Salary:$344,080.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $239,360.00 and $344,080.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
