This Opportunity:
The Manager, Facilities and Office Services has primary
responsibility for day-to-day management of Palladium's Washington DC office. As
the Americas Team embraces a hybrid work schedule, the Office Manager plays a
key role in ensuring both strategic and essential workplace services. As such,
this position is expected to be physically present in the office each workday
to provide onsite leadership to a small team that ensures the smooth running of
the physical office space.
Location and Compensation:
The position is based in Palladium's
Washington D.C. office.
For our prospective employees in the United States, please note
that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected
to range from $76,000 to $120,000, and successful candidates may also be
eligible for additional, variable incentive compensation dependent on the role.
For part-time employees, the salary will be prorated based on the actual number
of hours worked.
Please be advised that a final salary offer will be based on
various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications, education,
experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium's business or
organizational needs.

Reporting and Supervision:
The Manager, Facilities and Office Services reports directly to
the Vice President, Operational Excellence and supervises the Front Desk and
Travel Administrator. They may also supervise temporary support staff as
necessary.
The Manager, Facilities and Office Services is expected to work
closely with closely and collaboratively with all staff and visitors to the
Palladium DC office.
