Job Summary

Under limited guidance, the Scholars Program Manager will co-lead the ECMC Scholars Program, a mentoring/scholarship program of ECMC. This role will also work with the Director, Outreach to oversee the ECMC National Training Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partners with high school advisors to provide college access support services for ECMC Scholar students including, advising on the college going process
  • Provides student success support services for all ECMC Scholars including scholarship disbursements
  • Oversees and maintains the scholarship platform and Salesforce integration
  • Compiles and analyzes program data to measure program effectiveness, previously defined ECMC Scholars Program key performance indicators, provides quarterly program effectiveness reporting and recommends/implements changes
  • Analyzes, manages, and updates program parameters and related program documentation annually, including program expansion efforts
  • Coordinates and conducts annual program training and/or meetings for staff of high schools participating in the ECMC Scholars Program, either in-person or via electronic means
  • Actively participates and networks in select state, regional and national organizations, focused on building and maintaining admissions, financial aid and college access contacts throughout the educational community
  • Collaborates to update, promote, plan, and present the ECMC National Training Program nationwide
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' experience in project and/or relationship management
  • Advanced knowledge of secondary and postsecondary advisement
  • Advanced knowledge of the college admission and financial aid application process

Proficient knowledge and skills working in a computer-based office suite environment: Microsoft Windows or Mac Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • 5+ years public relations experience
  • Preferred home-based work location in one of the core program states (Minnesota, Connecticut, Oregon, or Virginia) as position will be providing "hands-on" assistance to program participants throughout the state of residence
