Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as an emerging individual contributor within a team, expanding your leadership, guidance, and mentoring skills. With the support and guidance of leadership, you will be responsible for supporting the goal of meeting scope, schedule, and delivery requirements. You will interact with stakeholders and utilize influential skills to drive improvements in security and compliance processes and practices. Primary expectations of a Senior Security Compliance Manager include:
Development of influential skills to help teams understand and follow security and compliance concepts and methods
Exhibits understanding of other roles and practices, including how they are intended to work together
Assists with security and compliance tasks with a significant level of feedback and guidance
Assists with the implementation and monitoring of security and compliance processes within the program
Assists with ATO preparation and execution
Researches and learns about practices, laws, and standards to help with implementation
Writes formal documentation and builds understanding of complex technical terms
Participates in planning sessions to ensure security and compliance requirements are met
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, cybersecurity, or related field, 7+ years of experience
Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education
At least 2+ years experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner and/or exposure to various security frameworks
CompTIA Sec+ required
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to obtain/maintain: CISSP or CISM

In support of theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, and others like it across the country, Ad Hoc job descriptions feature the starting range we reasonably expect to pay to candidates who would join our team with little to no need for training on the responsibilities we've outlined above. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility.
