Job Title: Pricing Analyst II

Salary Range: $63,000 - $94,500
SUMMARY
Agile Defense is seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst to support the Financial Services department.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop, review, and negotiate cost proposals in accordance with applicable Government regulations.
* Analyze, prepare and support cost proposals in accordance with the GWAC schedules and other contract vehicles regulations, SCA/Wage Determination requirements as well as CONUS/OCONUS labor laws for all contract types.
* Provide scenario analysis that gives capture teams options for how to meet Price to Win targets.
* Develop Pricing Narrative and other proposal artifacts as required.
* Respond to Evaluation Notice (EN) and Final Proposal Revision (FPR) inquiries when necessary.
* Review contracts upon award or modifications, ensure conformance to submitted pricing proposal and payment schedule.
* Perform analysis of costs and associated data for proposals ensuring compliance with all DCAA requirements.
* Perform appropriate cost/price analysis and fill in other documentation as needed to ensure compliance with DCMA Approved Contracting Purchasing System.
* Maintain the GSA and other applicable price lists/schedules.
* Forecast competitor strategies, assess risk, and develop risk mitigation strategies in order to assist senior management in making informed business decisions, and provide proposal/project teams with proper guidance in determining the best course of action to respond to clients' request.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Background, and Years of Experience
* A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a business related degree is required.
* A minimum of three years experience in a professional services firm providing pricing support.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
* Detail oriented.
* Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements.
* Understanding of all contract types - Fixed Price, T&M, and Cost Plus.
