We are seeking a motivated individual to join our client's team as a Maintenance Manager in Frederick, MD.

Maintenance Manager Job Details:

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/yr. (with yearly bonus opportunity)

Schedule: Typically day shift, must be flexible for potential maintenance emergencies or needs

  • Oversight and management of maintenance team, processes, preventative maintenance plans, facility upkeep, and machine maintenance.
  • Maintain maintenance equipment and inventory
  • Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors as needed
  • Assist with department budget preparation and plan for capital expenditures

Qualifications: Expertise in maintenance processes within an industrial environment, previous experience supervising a team, previous experience developing maintenance plans and schedules, and strong leadership and communication skills.
