Job Description:
As a functional specialist supporting a client, serve as on-site representative and interface with the client that specializes in different communication mediums (e.g., phone, web chat, email, facsimile). Applies specific knowledge and experience to complete project/task requirements and resolve issues. Develops functional requirements relating to complex integrated information systems. Responds to escalated inquires requiring moderate to highly complex processing. Assesses customer service needs and either responds with appropriate information or escalates the inquiry to higher tiered support staff. Uses applications to document inquiry details and to find information to provide in responses.
