SPA's Security team supports operations at all SPA locations and is an important component in the company's growth. The security needs of SPA offices range from support of client-site employees to work at all levels of classification at SPA facilities.

SPA has a near term need for a Facility Security Officer.

Responsibilities

The Facility Security Officer will be responsibe for all aspects of security support for SPA employees and facilities to include personnel clearances, visit requests, meeting support, physical access, local procedures, training, insider threat program management and inspections. Close coordination with the Human Resources, Contracts and Information Technology Departments will be critical to your success. Tasking will include the establishment of a new Facility Clearance for an existing SPA facility and the integration of new teams into SPA as the company grows.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    Certified FSO of possessing facilities
  • 3 - 5 years experience as FSO of a possessing facility or 5 -10 years experience of a non-possessing facility
  • Certification as Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using SIMS
  • Certified as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or government experience as an SSO
  • Experience with SCIF construction and certification
  • COMSEC certification or experience
  • Experience with acquisitions and change condition packages
  • Experience managing an Insider Threat program
