Overview

The Floating Community Sales Director at Brightview Senior Living is a member of the community's sales team in an assigned portfolio of communities to promote Brightview as the senior housing choice in the market. They are often the first person our future residents and families have the opportunity to meet, and that first impression is what conveys our vision, mission and the vibrancy of our organization to both them and the surrounding community.


Responsibilities

This newly created position will provide coverage and support to our communities in New Jersey for assigned period of time (targeting a minimum of 30 days per assigned community) which will include participation in sales, lead management, events, outreach and other activities as needed to meet occupancy goals and maintain a solid pipeline. Travel to communities in the Ocean/Monmomouth County will be required as part of this role.

This is a great opportunity for a senior living sales professional to join Brightview and use their talents to educate the general community about our services while building personal relationships with those seniors and their families looking to make a move into either Independent, Assisted Living or Memory care.


Salary Range

$120,000-$130,000/year
Compensation Disclosure

The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits. A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.


Qualifications

With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Previous senior living sales experience is a must.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region -New York Communities.
  • Experience working with a lead-based sales platform or Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer orientation to older adults.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written communication and verbally.
