SkyePoint Decisions is seeking an Endpoint Engineer. The position will support a large federal government agency and their mobile environment which includes iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems.

This position will be hybrid with on-site presence one day a week in Washington, D.C.

Work schedule will be Monday through Friday during normal business hours with a potential for occasional on-call responsibilities. Work location and schedule subject to change based on government requirements.

Description of Duties:

Perform Tier 3 engineering support to Microsoft's cloud-based Intune endpoint management system, providing enterprise level app and device management services to desktops, mobile devices, and other endpoints.
• Support policy, app, and device configuration management for endpoints, including design, test, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Respond to complex incidents escalated from Tier 2 including service outages and degradations. Interface with vendor and other enterprise support elements as required.
• Provide system security support including threat prevention and reduction, response, and remediation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer science, data science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in end-point management systems such as MS Intune, Workspace One, and MobileIron. (Intune preferred.)
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Desired Experience/Skills/Attributes:

• Microsoft O365, Azure, Windows 10/11 desktops
• PowerShell scripting and Group Policy management
• Prior work experience in government
• Understanding of interoperability between networks and mobile device management systems
• ITIL v4 Foundations

Compensation:

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
