Your role and responsibilitiesProvide technical support to end users by identifying and management resolution of system data maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and network related issues Translate transportation network design into functional system settings/configurations Design, build, and maintain routing guides within the TMS with special focus on the dedicated fleet service offering Respond to incident tickets in a timely and efficient manner Systems Level 1 ops support Act as the Subject Matter Expert of the TMS and working knowledge of operational systems including but not limited to SAP, and the Blue Yonder suite Identify areas for process improvements and IS solutions/services and propose solutions to IS as well as support the execution Share knowledge and guide others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing IS application technology and business requirements Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross functional processes Execute all assign task in accordance with IS and operational processes according to the agreed RACIS and/or LESCI specification Provide Operations support by troubleshooting, data maintenance and submission of IT request Partner with internal and external providers to support system optimization Working closely with operations and coordinate with network support to update and maintain systems hardware (defined as RF guns, tablets, printers) Validate and support testing of data maintenance changes and end user configurations before moving to Production
