Overview

Our Environmental Sector delivers comprehensive environmental solutions to meet the full project lifecycle needs of clients in renewable energy, oil & gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries. With one of the largest multimedia air and land permitting and compliance teams in the country, we support client success in manufacturing and industry, liquids delivery and processing, natural gas storage and delivery, power generation and delivery, and transportation projects.

POSITION SUMMARY

TRC is seeking a Regional Practice Leader with our Building Science-Industrial Hygiene practice to work out of one of our Southeast regional offices.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for regional operations, performance including annual growth and P&L budgets
  • Responsible for managing industrial hygiene national programs for our clients
  • Develop proposals for and implement, manage and direct Industrial Hygiene, Indoor Environmental Air Quality, Moisture/Mold, Asbestos and Lead inspection and abatement projects.
  • Provide management data review and interpretation, and report preparation.
  • Manage and develop technical staff.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expand client base and service offerings to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, science or engineering related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the hazardous building materials, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage national programs.
  • Must be able to read project specifications and drawings.
  • Prior experience in various aspects of abatement projects is a plus.
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and/or Certified Microbial Consultant (CMS) licenses are required.
  • Experienced in business development and working with account teams to grow revenue.
  • An interest in business development.
  • Intuitive and creative thinker. Understanding of their surroundings and reasons that services are being provided. A consultative demeanor and ability to work with clients and the ability to identify and offer solutions when needed.
  • Have strong communications and technical health & safety skills both written and oral.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical and motor vehicle records check.
  • Valid Driver's License is required
  • Must be able to commute to project sites as-needed

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $153,005.00 - USD $329,722.00 /Yr.
