The ideal candidate will possess data analysis skills, experience with various analytical tools and techniques, and a understanding of the intelligence community. Key Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
Apply advanced data analysis techniques to address complex financial management and resource allocation challenges within the IC.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve IC financial processes and systems.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to IC financial activities.
Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Design and develop dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the IC to understand data requirements and interpret findings.
Research and recommend new data analysis tools and techniques to enhance IC capabilities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Senior/Expert: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience in a proficiency area
Mid-Level: Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years' experience in a proficiency area
Junior Level: Bachelor's degree with 0 to 5 years' experience in a proficiency area
Required Skills/Abilities
U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling).
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and statistical software packages.
Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis results to non-technical audiences.
Desired Skills/Abilities
Experience with financial management and budgeting within the IC or Federal government.
Knowledge of IC data sources and information systems.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
