1st shift Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:45pm, OT and Weekends as needed

Pay Starts at $22./hr. and can go up based upon experience!

Onsite at Ivyland, Pennsylvania

Job Summary:
We are looking for an individual with experience in pre-sale and post-sale support activities for industrial products serving the water treatment, oil/gas, and/or petrochemical industries. The individual in this role will be responsible for customer service and technical support for our mission-critical pump technologies. The role will focus on supporting the Milton Roy LMI metering pump product line and may expand to other products and responsibilities. The best candidate for this job will have experience working with customers and utilizing an ERP system. This individual must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone, and face to face conversations.

Responsibilities:
* Review incoming inquiries and assist with product selection, pricing, and lead time.
* Provide technical and commercial support to Regional Sales Managers, channel partners and end users
* Assist with aftermarket such as application support, spare parts selection, warranty evaluations and troubleshooting
* Utilize internal case management system, ERP system and quoting tools.
* Coordinate with internal departments and outside suppliers as needed to assist customers.
* Develop a high level of knowledge of the technical and commercial aspects of the of the product line.

Basic Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role
* Technical degree and/or training, a plus
* Experience with industrial products in municipal water treatment, oil/gas, and/or petrochemical industries preferred
* Experience with metering pump technologies, a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in ERP systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, being able to easily pivot, and great at multi-tasking
* Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

* Fully site based
