Expense Management Specialist (Temporary Position)

Overview

Provides expense management, accounting, and administrative support for large relocation services client.

Responsibilities
    Review of transferee expenses reports and accurate and timely processing for payment.
  • Respond to transferees and client using phone and e-mail correspondence.
  • Accurately enter expense and payroll tax data into accounting and operating system as transactions are processed.
  • Review and enter payment for supplier invoices (if applicable) in timely manner
  • Assist in client invoicing process
  • Assist in client reporting
  • Maintain organized transferee files by client.
  • Communicate with transferee and/or client
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Relocation industry experience preferred
  • 3 years of accounting experience
  • Familiar with basic accounting terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and follow established procedures.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and disciplined to meet deadlines while working independently.
  • Dedicated to providing superior Customer Service to both external and internal clients.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the company.
  • Pro-active approach to work and a "can do' attitude.
