About The Role:

The Project Manager for National Condominium Sales will be responsible for managing the marketing activities primarily for Ward Village's residential condominium sales, in addition to Summerlin and The Woodlands. This role will work closely with internal partners including Sales, Marketing, Development, Accounting and Legal as well as the 3rd party creative agency to develop and execute plans that will drive sales of residential condominiums.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the planning and project management for residential condominium marketing & sales.

  • Coordinate timelines of residential projects with our third-party vendors.

  • Maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to effectively manage the workflow between internal teams and external agencies.

  • Attend meetings with internal teams and third-party marketing agencies, diligently taking notes on action items. Ensure the agency receives a clear, prioritized to-do list following each meeting, and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Project Management - Renderings

  • Coordinate and schedule all review meetings for renderings. Follow-up on changes and updates with vendors; review status of digital images and models with team to finalize.

  • Work with the developer through pre-construction, design consultants, architect, third party agencies and subcontractors to achieve timely completion of coordinated documents while meeting the respective design milestones parameters for each stage of the rendering process.

  • Attend all rendering meetings and take feedback in real-time via Bluebeam.

  • Ensure that the rendering company meets project deadlines and delivers according to the agreed-upon schedule, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any deviations promptly to mitigate impact on project timelines.

  • Maintain the file organization.

Project Management - Sales Gallery

  • Attend sales gallery construction meetings.

  • Monitor progress relative to Project Schedule and overall Construction and Sales timelines as it relates to hardware and software of the sales tool. This includes any third parties marketing has contacted.

  • Manage all aspects of the Sales Gallery sales tool for all phases.

  • Work with the sales gallery tool developer, hardware company, third party marketing agency and internal parties to troubleshoot existing sales gallery issues.

  • Work with internal support and external parties to troubleshoot sales gallery issues and come to a quick resolution.

Other Marketing

  • Help develop go-to-market plans for new residential condominium launches.

  • Build and execute 3-5-year marketing lifecycle plans to support existing condominiums in tempo sales stages.

  • Partner with 3rd party sales and marketing agencies on strategic planning, execution of the plan, meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.

  • Collaborate on project marketing and model unit budgets; develop an understanding of the budgeting process; contracting vendors and managing invoicing.

  • Other tasks as defined by EVP, National Condominium Sales & Strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Three+ years of relevant project management experience.

  • Results-driven and the ability to work in a high-growth, fast paced environment with a track record of delivering projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Ability to communicate and influence others, across departments and drive participation and partnership.

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Bachelor's degree
