Description
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools. May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs. May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams.
Position Description:
  • National leader in healthcare and customer service seeks an Operations Manager to influence change and improve results through process improvement and analysis
  • Manage and optimize site metrics reporting systems, including volume, consistency, and timeliness of reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity of reporting systems and methodology
  • Attend discussions and represent site at meetings around metrics, systems, processes, and reporting
  • Communicate changes and updates to reporting, processes, and metrics
  • Identify performance and process gaps
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to improve quality and effectiveness
  • Produce and distribute regular monthly, quarterly, and annual reports at representative, team and site levels

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 5 years Call Center experience required
  • 2 years Data Analysis experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience required; must know Pivot Tables, V-Lookups
  • High School diploma/ GED required
  • Knowledge of MyMetrics system preferred
  • 3 years Workforce Management experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
