Our National Security Global Business Logistics Services Group is seeking an experienced individual to function as the Training and Assessment Manager (TAM) Leader for the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Proliferation Prevention Program. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. A full benefits package will be provided.
The position is located in the Ukraine.
The TAM will lead and direct staffs in a very high OPTEMPO logistical operation in support of the Government of Ukraine (GOU) to increase Ukraine's ability to detect, deter, and interdict WMD. Primary job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead and coordinate training and assessment functions
- Work with the Engineering team to meet training and assessment requirements
- Training, assessments, border security analyses, and associated written deliverables
- Liaison for non-sustainment related training activities on tactics, procedures, new equipment and systems, and other new capabilities fielded by the program
- Coordinate with the sustainment engineer and the lead systems engineer to ensure the execution of required training
- Establish and maintain a program of continuous assessment of users to provide "real-time" feedback on current doctrine, techniques, infrastructure, equipment, and on-going training
- Prepare new equipment training and deliver training to maintenance personnel
- Ensure users are capable of safely and effectively operating the equipment, maintaining the equipment, and providing preventive maintenance in accordance with repair manuals
- Provide training and assessment engineering support during the systems engineering phase
- Track all and report on progress on all training and assessment actions
- Maintain accurate records
- Investigate training and assessment issues and recommend solutions (resources, business processes, manual changes, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare and report on training and assessment efforts in meetings and presentation with clients
- Lead and coordinate training and assessment staff
- Ensure safe sustainment operations with policies, procedures, and training.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to acquire DOD Secret clearance
- 8-10 years minimum experience in training
- 3 years minimum supervisory level experience
- Bachelors Degree in logistics or business related discipline.
This position is contingent upon Battelle being awarded a contract for this effort.
